The School of Liberal Studies at Sookmyung Women’s University offers students the freedom to explore a wide range of academic fields, helping them find the major that aligns best with their passions and interests. Through a specially designed curriculum, students are guided in this journey, engaging in interdisciplinary courses, general education, and introductory major classes during their first year. By the end of the second semester, they select their primary major. Importantly, there are no restrictions based on grades, academic tracks, or program size—students have open access to all 37 majors of Sookmyung.
