The Entrepreneurship Major empowers women with delicate and humanistic thinking to explore real business opportunities. Through a balanced education in theory and practice, graduates can start their own ventures or join new business planning departments in companies. As the first of its kind in Korea, this program nurtures creative professionals ready to expand their horizons globally. Courses are taught in English, and students gain valuable experiences through overseas field education while mastering English and either Chinese or Japanese, becoming globally competent and regionally adaptive talents.
Education Purposes
The Entrepreneurship Major aims to foster global management leaders with entrepreneurial and innovative minds, empowering them to embark on real business ventures. Its philosophical goal is to nurture leaders with planning and execution capabilities, capable of targeting the global market and multinational corporations directly. The program places emphasis on women's emotions and humanistic perspectives, focusing on item and strategy development to minimize trial and error through practical field experiences. Multilingual and cross-cultural understanding is essential, as all courses are taught in English, and students are required to study Japanese and Chinese.
